| Honda Beat- The Other Kei Car | |||||
| Japanese
regulators introduced the 'Kei' class of vehicle in the early 1990s. This
class would allowed owners to park vehicles on the street rather than renting
a parking space, as is usual. To be eligible vehicles have to be less than
3.3m long and 1.4m wide, with engines less than 660cc and 47 kw. The most
popular vehicles in this class are the Beat and Suzuki Cappuccino. The Beat
is a small mid-engine, 2 seater convertible, and while not huge in performance,
it looks cute and is fun to drive. |

choice A cheap alternative to a Cappuccino with many similar qualities... and many lesser ones. The Cappo is more money and a better car, unless you are small in the tall department, care little for speed and can find one of these at a bargain price, go for the Cappo. |
